How to Get Your Learner Driving License in Brisbane?
Turning 16 can be a very exciting time, especially if you are going for your learner license. A learner licence allows you to drive a car under the supervision of an open license driver. They must have held there open license for at least one year. To be eligible for your learner licence, you need to pass a written road rules test and be medically fit to drive. You can take the learner test at your nearest transport department.
What to bring with you on the day?
- a completed driver licence application form
- your evidence of identity
- the written test fee and the licence fee.
Once you pass your learner test, you will be issued with a learner license and a logbook.
If you do not pass the written test, you have to wait until the next working day to take the test again. You must pay the test fee every time you take the test. In regards to the logbook what you will need to do is complete 100 driving hours before taking your Provisional Driving test.
